I get opinions from others and make a decison with lots of input. I try to see all avenues of how something can occur.

Quite often I like to do things my way, but, I am willing to listen to someone else's ideas and then decide which way to do it.

i listen, then do things my way....but if the advice is good I'll take it on board. I dislike blaming bad things that happen to me on other people. After all you have to have some accountability.

Through trial and error, I have learned that it's a good idea to listen. Sometimes two heads are better than one!

i like to get my own way,but sometimes wish i'd have listened to others.my way isnt always the right way.
