Contact the poetry society in the UK, who can give you a list of publishers and advice on how to proceed. The Writer's and Artist's Yearbook from the library is also a good source of information.

Any writer that asks you to pay any money is a no reliable scammer! genuine publishers under no circumstances ask the author to pay out any money, and they themselves will conceal all expenditures of ebook and distribution because they have self belief your e book will cause them to money. purchase a duplicate of the Writers and Artists' Yearbook practise guide to getting printed - they'd have a lengthy list of publishers/publishing homes you could get in contact with.
