When he ejaculates in you there will always be a little leakage but thats nothing to worry about just keep trying or go to your doctor to have his sperm count measured or have yourself checked out for any problems .

If you're really trying to get pregnant, you should 1st of all find out when you are ovulating. It's really lame to lay there and wait for the semen to meet the egg, if there is no egg!! Most people ovulate once a month, and the egg is alive for about 24 hours. The sperm can live up to 6 or 7 days. That's you're only chance of getting pregnant. If you know you are ovulating, then I would suggest propping your bottom up so as to help the sperm swim easier. Also, you should have sex about every other day during the ovulation time so that there is more sperm in the ejaculation, more chance of getting pregnant. I recommend this book: Taking charge of your fertility.

Some will always come out. You may find that you are not getting pregnant as you are having sex at the wrong time of the month.
Try buying an ovulation test - it is just like a pregnancy test but it checks when you are ovulating.
They are available from chemists or supermarkets but you can get them from ebay cheaper.
They worked for me the first month of trying - and i got a boy too.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

It might be a good idea for you to stay laying down for 10 - 15 minutes afterwards.
Remember that it only takes a bit of sperm to meet with an egg to cause pregnancy. Don't worry if it does come out.

It will always come out no matter what you do. Even if you prop your hips up on a pillow, etc..Its normal. It doesnt matter if it does either, because it will still get your pregnant. Only a very tiny amount has to enter your cervix to get you pregnant.

Also make sure he goes as deep as possible(it may hurt a little but the closer to the cervix the better, and if he can kinda "shoot" some in there directly that would be even better. So when he is about to skeet tell him to go deep.

When I was having problems conceiving, I was advised to use a pillow under my hips (to increase tilt), and to lie still for 30 minutes afterwards before getting up. Good luck.

Talk to your doctor if you think you're having a problem becoming pregnant. Don't forget 'he' should be checked out too.
There's a lot of information online about conception; perhaps you could do a search & find out more so you're prepared to ask your doctor precise questions.

Yeah....Its very normal........ The best position is doggy style... Keep your upper body down, with your behind up.....Dont arch your back.......Once he cums---Put a pillow under you, and lay flat on your back, hips slightly elevated...... Stay there for 10-20 min....400 million sperm are released, so they are getting in where they need to be.........Doggy style gets it in closer to your cervix to......They have to work less to travel up-------
