I thought that Moscow, under the Tzars, was the "Third Rome" So it has happened already.

Up to now there has only been a First Roman Empire. ( ONE )
(30 BC. to 476 AD.)
Anyhow we would still have to wait for the "Second Roman Empire" to appear. Woooouuu.........Let´s not rush.
