Why do African Americans with or without prison records face more challenges in getting a job?

if possible, try to give a solution that can improve these african americans chances of getting a job.

Well, if they screw up, they always make everything about race. They are never wrong, know everything, but when they screw up and get fired, you are a racist and end up in court spending thousands to defend yourself. Easier not to hire them in the first place.

That's just how it is man. We as blacks are the most hated race on the planet. 40% of the prisons are black and we represent only 12% of the country. And the ones that are tring to do right get the short end of the stick. Now thats a shame. America is white and thats the way they want to keep it. There is no solution to improve chances. They are gone to hire who they want to hire.

Because to many of them to often blame any short comings or problems they have on racism instead of taking responsubilty for their lives. So why bother hiring them in the frist place? Not all do this but enough do that it's not worth the effort. I know I no longer hire them because EVERY time I have I have lived to regret it. If that makes me a racist then so be it. I'm not in business to lose money. And that is what has happened EVERY time.

Don't u guys have some law against discrimination while seeking employment in America? In U.K there is one.
May be u should complain against those employers who u believe didn't take u up solely becoz of ur race inspite of ur competency.
