Apparently everyone has their own opinion. I think Disney's Animal Kingdom Park takes the least amount of time to complete. The Disney (MGM) Studios comes next, then EPCOT, and then the Magic Kingdom. Disney's Animal Kingdom Park and EPCOT are the largest of the Parks, but the Magic Kingdom takes the most time to complete because there's so many rides and lines to wait in, and it's the most popular of the Parks, so it's almost always crowded.

Depending on what time of year you plan on coming, and who you have with you will make a huge difference too... But generally I'd say:
1) MGM Studios (smallest of all the parks but watch out for Super Soap Weekend, ESPN Weekend, Star Wars Weekend(s), and cheerleading/dance competitions (cheerleading just ended) the crowds grow tremendously during these times)
2) Animal Kingdom (although it is the largest of all the parks it is the least crowded with the least amount to do)
3) EPCOT (another huge park, and a classic so the crowds are here)
4) Magic Kingdom (busiest theme park in the world)
If you have young ones with you then the order would probably be
1) EPCOT (boring for little ones)
2) Animal Kingdom and MGM Studios (both have places for the little ones to enjoy (Camp Minnie Mickey at AK and Playhouse Disney at MGM) but the rest may be a bit boring)
3) Magic Kingdom (rides for them to enjoy and Mickey visits here the most)

Personally I think they all need a couple days. In comparison Magic Kingdom needs the most time. I think Animal Kindgom and Epcot need the 2nd most time leaving MGM to be the least amount of time required. Keep in mind there are also water parks and downtown disney to be seen. We usually always go for 6 nights and 7 days but really you probably need 2 weeks to see it all.. or at least all that you want to!

It definitely depends on your preferences. If one assumes that you are going to visit essentially every attraction in each park, then from the most time needed to the least time I would say:
Epcot (including Future World and all 11 countries in World Showcase)
Magic Kingdom
Animal Kingdom
MGM Studios.
Of course if you have young children, be prepared to spend a lot of time in the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom with little time spent at Epcot or MGM. If you are going without any children then you might spend much more time in Epcot and Animal Kingdom with a quick tour of the Magic Kingdom and MGM being variable - depending on your love of movies/movie-making.

This is incomplete, but the one that absolutely was the slowest and most packed was the Animal Kingdom, then MGM, then Magic Kingdom and Epcot was probably the quickest and least crowded. If you are going at this time of year, be prepared to wait in enormous crowds of people. The fastpass is the way to go!

Did I miss any?
Edit: Children will most likely rate slightly differently, (Magic over MGM) but Animal Kingdom is the bomb
