1) Rome - for history
2) Rio - for a party
3) New York City - for everything big and brash
4) Cape Town - For natural beauty
5) Katmandu - For adventure and beauty
6) Sydney - For the friendliest people/best beaches
7) Istanbul - Best city in Asia
8) London - Who could ever get bored in London?
9) New Delhi - Raw culture and people
10) Dubai - Something for everyone

South Orange County, CA, ok its a few Cities, or I'd go for San Diego, a party as big as a city!
