Because you have little RAm(random access memory) available. Close down some of the programs you are using running in the background. They eat up RAM and make the pc run slow. Also you could have a virus. Scan you pc when you have finished on it today. Try to have less programs starting when the pc starts up. Most pcs have far to many running. Look in your start menu to programs and startup and see what you can remove. This wont uninstall them it will just stop them running unesessarily.

Everything he said is right but you might also go into the cursor section of programs and see how fast the cursor is set to go.

If you have a mouse with a little rubber ball you have a piece of crap. The rubber ball gets dirty and it wont roll properly. You can remove it and clean the ball that helps. But you should just throw it in the garbage. A mouse is cheap. Get you one with a light instead of a ball. they work great. xx
The others may be right too. kisses Betty.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
