How can i view the processes on a remote desktop 2003 Server? (Since CTL-ALT-DEL) doesnt work.

Right-click the taskbar and select Task Manager from the context menu. Same as if you were sitting at the console.

To bring up the Security Dialog on a remote desktop, click Start...Settings...Windows Security

I am assuming this is some version of Windows Server 2003. Task Manager is not like the MMC Console, you cant do a remote connection to it. However you CAN log into Windows Server 2003 by remote as long as remote connections are allowed and the right ports are open.

Start, Programs, Accessories, Communications, Remote Desktop Connection.
You need to know either the servers name or IP address, and have remote logon permission.

CTL+ALT+END simulates Ctl+Alt+Del on the remote computer.
