Are you sure about all this, you are not simply being paranoid? Have you seen these photographs or the people photographing you? I don't see why the police would not investigate if you had proof someone was tapping your phone.

: First you have to ask yourself why? People (especially law enforcement) don't do in depth surveillance without some reason. Have you committed any felony crime recently? Are you a drug dealer? A sexual predator?, A child molester? A registered sex offender? A Muslim activist? Do any of your children or immediate family fall in any of these categories? If it is black and white, has a white stripe, looks like a skunk, smells like a skunk... it sure ain't no Swan... Your best move, if none of the above applies, is to file a motion to show cause in your local court that a reason be shown for the surveillance. If the hearing of the motion is denied (not scheduled in court, no subpoenas issued to law enforcement) Houston…you have a definite problem...

If the files human beings are good, definite. i have heard a lot of information photos about those who call the police about a criminal offense, or get stopped for a turn signal mild out, then finally end up in reformatory. yet i'd get a criminal specialist and preserve that previous warrant besides. in case your "squatter" unearths out you may't get the regulation to assist, you're in for even extra misery. you may try basically calling in an nameless tip about the squatter. good success.

Set up your own surveillance. If the police won't help, maybe a news crew would.
