Hello, I will be going to work soon and will be needing to pump breast milk for my baby. I currently use an electronic evanflo pump, but it seems very slow. Is there a better pump that can be used to save me time while at work? What about the double pumps? Any suggestions? Thanks, Millie

Hi, the medela pump in style is good, if you get a avent pump buy the avent isis duo. that is the double pump. they each are around 300 dollars. But worth it.
www. lactationcare. com has the pump in style for $250.00 about,
www.lactationconnection.com has the avent isis duo for 300.
They are both good pumps, and are the closest to hospital grade. If you plan on having more children I would invest in buying instead of renting. If you only plan for on child rent.
Good luck.

I would suggest renting or buying a hospital grade pump, because I went through two store bought pumps when I went back to work and my milk supply still decreased so much that I had to switch to formula. When I did some research, I read that a hospital grade pump will actually increase your milk supply. Good luck!

I fought with many pumps and finally broke down and paid for a medela pump and before my next child is born I WILL buy one of these. No pain, comfortable and FAST. This is also he hospital brand used here in my town

medela makes an awesome pump...any of medelas products are worth trying...they also offer a double pump that comes with a carrying case and everything...the only downside is it is a bit pricey...i believe it is $250...

you can always rent pumps from the hospital and find the one you like and what is best for your pumping needs
