Example: if I copy a picture of Elvis onto my computer, how do I write "Thanks for the add" onto it and then save it to put onto someone myspace comment?

Well, there are many ways including the most basic way being using Paint. Open up your picture with Paint and then use the typing feature to type it in.
Or you can use Adobe PhotoShop.

If you have word, you can insert the photo into the document, and then right click on the photo and click on format picture then click on layout, and then click on the behind text box then OK. You can then write onto the photograph.Click on select all in the edit menu, and then copy. Open paint and then on the edit menu in paint click on paste. Remove any excess photo you dont want and then save. If you use paint by itself, the letters are in a white box instead of on the actual photograph whereas if you use word the letters are on the actual photograph.

open it onto "paint" on your computer then, put whatever caption you want on it then, resave it. After that go to photobucket or any site like that and save it from your computer to photobucket and create a HTML code
