You need to setup internet connection sharing or install a proxy server on your server. You then need to put the address of your server into the proxy settings of your browser.
What is the operating system on the server and the client PC's?

For a server to control the internet access it should hold DHCP, DNS and Proxy services for this small network.

You can get away with some pretty old hardware if you use Linux. Ubuntu has a fantastic community to help you and you can download the operating system free off http://www.ubuntu.com

If you think you are going to go the Microsoft route you have the names of the services you need to run, Google is now your best friend unless you want to call a Microsoft Certified Professional to come out and do it for you.

To get the internet shared correctly you will first need to setup the server correctly.

I would use the server as a domain controller, file sharing and as a DHCP server. You only need the server to hand out as many IP's as computers on your network. You also need a printer server (one that supports USB 2.0 and IEEE 1284. A swith and broadband is connetion, and your done.

Just grab a $50 6-port modem/router and connect to your DSL line as normal. By default most ADSL modem/routers use DHCP, so just keep all your client's TCP/IP setting on automatic and you're away! Should take about 10 mins.
