well I been married for a year and one month and my husband and I are having problems but we are still very much in love it's just sometimes we are at eachother's necks and it tends to make me want to look the other way. Like I had an old friend call me out of the blue and I started talking to him and it felt really good at the same time I felt guilty because my husband doesn't approve of me talking with a man from my past or any man for that matter I just wanted to take a breather and talking to someone different felt good. I dont know if I should tell my husband about this I'm afraid of what may happen but it's not like I did anything wrong we just had a phone conversation but I'm not sure if that is considered cheating well I'd be mad about it if my husband was talking to a girl but were both adults and I dont see the problem. I think it's a problem that I looked for another man for comfortness...What do you think?

Don't talk to that other dude!! Seriously, stop telling yourself blah blah blah it's okay.

Couples have ebbs and flows in their relationships. Just because you are having problems now, doesn't mean it will be forever. That stuff passes, it gets better. It will happen with anyone you partner with.

Communication and honesty are key factors in any relationship. While your husband's control and apparent jealousy are not cool, they are only symptoms. Talk together, work out compromises and work together to find solutions to the issues that concern you both. The two of you need to get on the same page. If you can do that, then you're halfway home.

don't tell him as he will not understand and he may see things differently than u do. stop talking to the other man, as that's how adultry begins, one spouse gets angry at another and then talks to someone and although it wasn't meant to sometimes it happens. innocent enough but can lead to other things.
