The blame could be spread equally among them all since the end of WWII.
America's attitude toward the middle-east and the Islamic world in general has been one of indifference or antagonism since the end of the war. Every President has been culpable.
We have benefited immensely from supporting autocratic regimes in the Muslim world, and we let despots do as they pleased so long as they played nice. Saddam is a perfect example of a "good bad guy" who went off the reservation. We sponsored a coup to put the Shah in power in Iran. And every president of the modern era has sucked up to the tyrants that run Saudi Arabia.
Oil, the Cold War, Israel (and our collective guilt from the Holocaust) are all reasons. Some of these reasons were good, some bad. Sometimes we have done the right thing. Sometimes we made tough choices in no-win situations. Sometimes we have just been arrogant, gluttonous, and stupid.
No one president created this monster, we all helped. Militant Islam is our Frankenstein.

Some information i would like to share:
Well the mass media has made this image in your mind, whenever you think of terrorism you instantly think Islam and vise versa.
firstly If people actually read the Quran and Hadith then they too would realise that the media is wrong.
The Quran came 14 centuries ago it was relevant in the 14 centuries its been here, and it still will be till judgment day. 70% of the Quran is proven by science.
They say Islam is spread by the sword, well there is 14 million Christians in Arabia if Islam is spread by the sword why arnt those 14 million Christians Muslims?
If Islam is unequal towards women then why is 2/3 (about 76%) of converts women?
There is approx 1.6 billion Muslims in the world if all Muslims are terrorists then why isnt 1.6 billion Muslims bombing the world right now?
Even the proper documentaries of the 9/11 shows that there isnt no such thing as 'Islamic extremist', About 2 months after the 9/11 20, 000 Americans converted to Islam.

The difference between me and those who appose me is that my answer is the truth and theirs is a lie. Find me one chapter in the Quran or Hadith (that is authentic) that Muslims should be violent, terrorists, rapist etc. Then i will debate with my OWN imam in the Mosque that Islam is bad and doesnt mean peace. A big misconception is Jihad, and Jihad doesnt mean holy war but to strive or struggle. Therefore even a non-Muslim can do Jihad. In Islam a Mujahid (a person who does Jihad) is trying to strenthin theirself against evil doings.

Democrats will pay that is the only reason they pushed an unknown and threw Hillary under the bus. in the long run she supporters are fed up and the independent also. I doubt ever n the history of our country has there been such a divisive administration. But it fits good with a Congress that is bought and paid for by the lobbyists*. as far as he is concerned they live off dividing and his administration is made up of some of the most insane material ever. lIke the guy that wants to put something in municipal water to sterilize people. The guy wrote a book about it and that is not the worst.

Truman. He helped to establish Israel when the Jews weren't yet the majority in the area. He passed on plans for the area which would have kept peace. By this single action he helped facilitate the rise of militant Islam by helping to create the state that they love to hate. Any president that came after only could sit back and watch the rise.

I dont know, but Bush is sure fighting them. Either that religion is truly violent and inhumane, or there are a lot of people out there that have perverted this religion just to gain power.
