i went to planned parenthood to have a pregnacy test and they told me i was due feb 2, 2006 and i went to have my ultasound they told me i was due feb 2, 2006 my last period was 4/28/2006 so when did i concive? my due date from my ultrasound did not change im confused help??????

Ultrasounds can predict pretty close to when you conceived, but it is really hard to tell the exact day. If you count 38 weeks backwards from feb 2, your date of conception is somewhere around May 12.

I'm confused too. Did you have your baby in February 2006?
It's possible to have a couple of periods after conceiving, though it's not common.
The ultra sound measures the size of the baby/uterus, which helps to determine the due date. The ultrasound gives a more accurate due date than your cycle.

most of the time they can be pretty accurate with an ultrasound in the size of the baby, etc. so chances are that it is correct. if your last menstrual cycle was 4/28/06 and you are due 02/02/06 you conceived on 05/12/06.

No, the ultrasound just shows the baby. They can calculate your due date from the date of your last period.

what happens is they can measure you baby and like when you take your baby to the doc when its born they have a wieght and hieght chart they go by to tell you how your baby is growing whether they are behind or average in growth. So what happens is they are going by the size of your baby and how big they are at that many months inside every womans womb its just the way they do it.

a ultra sound can give you a around date but not a hundred percent sure unless you know when you last period was check the calendar unless our cycle change it may hit it on the nail

i had u/s at 8 wks and they worked out i concieved around my partners birthday now 11wks preg.
