Get her a gift card for a local accessories store, like Afterthoughts or Claires. She should be able to buy some way-too-trendy jewelry for that much. ;)

Here are some things you can get a 13-16 girl for under 5 dollars:
1. A cute shirt on clearence, try American Eagle.
2. Makeup or perfumes/body mist.
3. Nice-smelling lotions
4. Starbucks, Claires, Abercrombie/Am. Eagle/ Aeropostale gift card
5. Candy

a tube of lip gloss, body mist, tee shirt on clearance, not much you can gert for 5 bucks, a gift certifiacte to starbucks?

Well the best gift you can get them is makeup,or pefume or something!! the best place to go is Walmart. They have gift sets if you can't get her anything get a walmart gift card!!!

cheap lip glosses, hair scrunchies, go to places like Claires, Sephora or Benefit, the last to arent to cheap but have really great makeup
