I have a teacher that isn't teaching much and I don't think I am learning much. Is there any website/textbook that can help me learn more of Java?

I went through the AP almost completely on my own, and just sit down with my teacher about once a month to let him know that I'm still interested in writing the exam.

If you're going to pick up a book, make sure to relate its contents to your assignments - practice is important, and you need to be familiar with concepts involved for your exam.

The first java class I had I ended up learning more from the text book than I did from the teacher! Just read and read and program the examples that are in the book.
Make sure you understand what is going on. If you don't, use the teacher for questions.
