I'd get rid of "man"

ask for a raise first, there are some very rude and weird people here to deal with
then, if the money was good, I would answer a few questions
monitor the chaos, try to keep advertising out of it
try to keep the porn out of it, I personally don't mind it but there are 5 year olds here.
I would NOT delete questions just because they deal with sex or sexual topics.
I would start matching up the top askers with the top answerers. Just match the ages and sexual preferences, maturity levels, etc. Give em each others email addresses anyway.

Do about what? They are doing a fine job. The deleted email and not thoroughly researching and then attributing a "violation" to the actual "violator," but to another user is annoying, but, other than that, all is well. I don't have a problem with the Answers staff.

I will kick the sorry spammer name 'Man' and other sorry spammer too. Increase points for answer questions to help beginner go to level 3 from 2. Give out better gifts than cheap trinkets those who reach certain level before christmas. Better abuser investination. Promote myself to level 8.

i would try really hard to spare little time from my busy shedule, and then, i would just go through the staff, seeing their work, if it is going on well. and also looking the web page and formatting it a little bit only for you public.
