2001 Royal Rumble
Personally, I loved this match. Kane put on an absolutely outstanding performance. Aside from lasting over 50 minutes and eliminating a record 11 people, he just looked good out there, proving that just because you're a big guy, it doesnt mean you cant wrestle. This is the only rumble match to date which featured alot of weapons, though that segment started quickly and ended abruptly. Kane and the Undertaker worked well together. Austin's role in the match was overplayed though, and the Rock was dull. The wrong man won, or at least, the attack angle was just stupid. Although Kane will never win a Royal Rumble, he really should have won this one. 9/10

2002 Royal Rumble Match
The Royal Rumble started off slow, and really only got interested when Steve Austin entered the ring. Triple H made his return, and much to my delight, so did Mr. Perfect, Curt Hennig. Once the match got down to the final four (Steve Austin, Kurt Angle, Triple H, and Hennig) this match got to be VERY good. These four guys put on one hell of a show. And the best part is, the four of them got to go at it for about 10 minutes, as the match itself clocked in at 69 minutes. A predictable ending couldnt put a damper on this one. 9/10

2003 Royal Rumble Match
This match was decent alright. There werent any really good spots. It was fairly boring all the way through, and highly predictable. It got a little interesting when the final five were in, Rob Van Dam, Kane, Undertaker, Batista and Lesnar. It's sad when the worst wrestler by far in the match wins. 7/10

2004 Royal Rumble Match
this might be the greatest Royal Rumble match of all time. Chris Benoit was absolutely outstanding and any time you get to watch Chris Benoit for an hour its a very good thing. Randy Orton and Kurt Angle also looked very good, and even Goldberg was entertaining in this one 10/10

2005 Royal Rumble Match
Very good Rumble Benoit and Eddie started and did a good job, wrestlers like Mysterio & Edge entertained most, the show down between Batista & Cena was awesome and the better man won.

The 2006 Royal Rumble
Although you could figure out down to two or three men who would win by the time numbers one and two came out, this was a fairly good Royal Rumble. A couple surprise returns and a surprise entrant made the match even more interesting, and Rob Van Dam looked good in his first match in almost a year. 8/10

i would have to say that of those the 2004 rumble was the best, but the greatest rumble ever was the 1992 royal rumble for the vacant wwf championship
