Why does todays youth think it's cool to be ganster? Just cause i dont dress like a gangster and act like one i bet you i can drop you.

Being a gangster isn't all about braking rules, cause I'm sure we all have broke rules at some point in our lives, but that doesn't make us a gangster. Many and probably most join a gang for the sense of belonging...to be part of something and many of them might of been the only child, or picked on all their life, or even the law did them unjustice at an early age and maybe they had family members die while they were young...etc. When I think of gangs I think of an organized organization that operates under organize crime.

Selling drugs, cursing, disobeying the law, and listening to gangster rap music. Today's youth don't know nothing about the real gangsters back in history like the Italian Mafia, Columbian Gang, etc. No you do not have to be a gangster to kill someone.

a ganster is a person that's in a gang. but nowadays, "acting gangsta" is like..hmm.....has to do with rap music. believe me, all people that say "i act gangsta" doesnt mean they are gangbangers, and do drivebys. oh and sometimes, lets say someone gets a new toy[such as an ipod] they may say "that's gangsta" it doesnt literly mean it.
