I have a calico fantail and its belly its getting bigger. I've noticed that the right side of its belly its getting bigger than the left side. Could it be pregnant?

if your goldfish were gravid (full of eggs) she would be getting bigger on both sides. It sound like she may either be constipated (actually a very common problem with goldfish) or have an internal parasite. Try curing the constipation first. Get some frozen peas, let them thaw long enough to be able to get the skins off, and feed her just the insides. These are full of fiber so it should help pass whatever is bloking things. If that doesn't work, find a medication specifically for internal fish parasites and follow the directions closely, as overmedicating will kill her quicker that the parasite.
Hope this helps!

It is hard to tell, but if it is get it away from the other fish or they will eat the eggs and or baby fish when hatched.
