Capital Grille, Abe & Louie's, Sonsie, Franklin Cafe...all pretty upscale, but worth it. I particularly love Franklin Cafe for it's intimate atmosphere and great menu! Another great place to eat, not really fine dinig but worth it, is the Parish Cafe where you can see a bunch of local dishes from various restaurants on one menu! Good luck in your search!

after I examine your question, i develop into going to assert fingers down attempt to be taking her to Grotto. i'm so satisfied to work out the above poster is of the same opinion with me. that is my in demand position, and not in any respect a large vacationer position, or a series. it is going to coach you probably did some study, and also rather provide you with a large experience of the city too! they have astounding foodstuff, a good looking wine record, and cakes to die for. it truly is any such small position, so ascertain you're making reservations! I continuously like to flow to a diverse city and observe what it truly is like once you rather stay there, no longer merely what the vacationers do on holiday. . . . If Grotto isn't obtainable, my next suggestion may likely be The Wine Cellar. I actually have had effective thoughts there, and they have fondue, it is continuously thrilling. it truly isn't any longer as effective of an adventure, because of direction fondue is more beneficial of a casul element, yet its sturdy foodstuff, and the perfect wine record in Boston. they actually have valet parking, it is continuously a plus contained in the city. get excitement from!

Capital Grille, Strega, Cafe Escadrille (outside of Boston, but only minutes, and by far well worth the travel), Smith & Wollnesky and the restaurant inside the Ritz.
That's my opinion anyhow. :)
