Jimi Hendryx absolutely ruled the rock and roll scene in the late sixties... He performed concerts, and famous names argued whom had the responsibility to follow him up( since he was so outstanding , Monterrey , to be specific )... He was signed to a contract a few years back, a five year contract, which is 4 times longer than he was signed when he was alive...His family receives the royalties, which is as it should be... My main concern with him is I would have dearly loved to hear where his music would have evolved to... He died so young, and left people ( me, too ) wanting to hear more... When I die, I truly hope there is an afterlife, and he is at the top of my list of people I want to meet and congratulate...Well, Chuck is in there, too...
