For this you have to learn four different types of tissues:epithelial. connective, muscular, nervous. Then study the subtypes of a tissue. The function of each subtype will be known to you.
For example. epithelial tissue is concerned with protection. Some may become glandular, sensory, germinal etc.
Connective tissue combines the two tissues or organs. Within this tissue comes areolar, dense, reticular, cartilage, bones, blood etc.
Muscular tissue is concerned with contraction and relaxation.
Nervous tissue is concerned with conduction of impulses.
