5 * .25 + 3 * .10 + 2 * .05
1.25 + .30 + .10 = $1.65

Peggy has:
3 * .25 + 10 * .10 + 3 * .05
.75 + 1.00 + .15 = $1.90

The ratio of of the value of Brent's coins to Peggy's coins is:

1.65 : 1.90

Dividing by 5:

33 : 38
