Iceberg lake, Glacier Natl Park. The four mile hike across pristine wilderness and avalanche chutes is worth it. The lake sits at the base of a mountain cirque carved out by glaciers thousands of years ago. In early to mid summer the lake has icebergs floating at it's surface, but by late summer it's usually clear and emerald blue. You can google it, but there's no comparison to actually being there. The rest of Glacier is fantastic as well. Not nearly as crowded as other parks (Yellowstone) and with 10x better scenery and more abundant wildlife.

I like it to be an open place with nature scenes, and flowing river. A place where animals can talk to each other and the lion live in peace with the buffalo. A place where the sun always shines with its yellowish lines, that gives spirit to everything on the ground. A place where anyone can pick his own girl, and live together without anyproblems, where food is given as a gift anytime you want. A place like heaven, would be enough for me. And heaven can't be imaginated, no matter how smart are we, it's more.

The view from the summits of the granite spires found in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Went climbing there last summer with Sylvan Rocks Climbing School. They took great care of us, and looking out from the hills to the prairie around is something I'll never forget.

A place where you can sit in the same place for hours and watch the scenery around you change. You might be able to see the sun rise and sun set, clouds overhead changing shapes, fog rolling in and out of valleys, birds chirping. I'm thinking of Machu Pichu in Peru. This is what I thought was the most beautiful place.

when i see the words place and beautiful only one place comes to mind, Lake Louise, in Banff National Park in Alberta , Canada. I can sit in front of the lake for hours and feel the tranquility of the whole of course when its not tourist season...i can watch the snow peaked mountain at the back and the tall trees on the sides...the green calm water...

Heaven..
Streets are lined with Gold.
Rivers are clear & pure
With Fountains of Living water..
Never a single day of unhappiness
But that of pure joy & worship...
Heaven is the most beautiful
Of all the places my mind can grasp.
