The technical name for a male dancer is a danseur (the feminine version is a danseuse) but there is no masculine equivalent for ballerina, possiblly because, unlike females, male ballet dancers don't go on pointe. So you can call him either a danseur, or a male ballet dancer. The Encyclopedia Britannica refers to Rudolf Nureyev as a ballet dancer, as does Nureyev himself.
