use the sin formula
sinA/a=sinB/b=sinC/c
sin38/a=sin57/b=sin85/32
solve for a and b

Use the law of sines.
32/sin 85=a/sin 38=b/sin 57
a=32 sin 38/ sin 85=19.8 cm
b=32 sin 57/sin 85=26.9 cm

use the law of sines.

sin 85 sin 57
-------- = ---------
32 x

x sin 85 = 32 sin 57

32 sin 57
x= ------------
sin 85
type that into your calulator

you should get side b

hope this helps

we have a/sinA = b/sinB = c/sinC ( sine law )
=> a = c * sinA / sinC = 19.78
=> b = c * sinB/ sinC = 26.94
