What if you don't REALLY die?
Let's face it - there's none of us who can definitively say what happens when we die. And there are very few who can appreciate how even the smallest events of our lives may occasionally have effects that last hundreds or thousands of years, if not longer.
But if you find your job to be such an anethma, perhaps you should consider some other alternatives. Me, I can't hold a job that doesn't have other ramifications for me on at least a couple extra levels. You know what they say: Find a job you love, and you'll never work another day in your life. ( :

We do these things because we were made to do them. It's not for you to decide if you want to live or not, but just because you were born into the world is a good enough reason for you to go through these struggles. Maybe if we die all this stuff will be worth it in the end, who knows?

Would you have the same view if you had a little baby girl who looking up to you for your love, comforts, be safe and all that you are to her?
Would your view be the same if you wanted to give your little girl all that you are and wanting her to learn, grow and understand and say Da Da for the very first time? And not feel her love, comfort, and hope for the future and for your end when you meet with god and thank him for his gift to you. That little girl.
Children are the reason why we all are stilll here and stil learning, growing and trying not to be angry, killing monsters in that case we would have kill each other long time ago. when Cain kill Able.

depending on your spiritual beliefs it is very meaningful
to treat others with respect (this includes the self), counts as alot
If you believe in re-incarnation, the after life as such, etc.. karma, and so on, what we do here on this earth, this time around, can hold alot of weight
think of it this way if you can
we are here to learn and to help others
maybe you should look into some things on this earth that would bring some possible meaning into your life

you're asking a very common, much debated, metaphysical question.
Read David Hume's Dialogues Concerning Natural Religion . He'll enlighten you as to why this question and questions like it are futile.

If you do not know who you are you can not have purpose.
If you do not value who you are you can not give to others
I know who I am
I make my own choices
Jesus turns my mistakes into goldmines
I am loved, I am accepted, I am blessed
And yes I've already changed the world arround me.
My purpose has already seen lives changed, lives saved.
So yes, it is truly meaningful
What are you really angry about?

Would any of that which you mentioned be more meaningful?
Is doing whatever you want all the time meaning or is meaning defined by hardships and challenge?
And, Flusher, sin is forgiven. That's what your Christ died for. Do any of you understand your own freakin religion?

Stay away from Nietzsche and revolvers. Besides, the glass is always half-full. Try to smile.

With religion and all that aside I believe we all get what we deserve in the end, be it good or bad.
