I was almost obssessed with conceiving. Nothing seemed to be working. i was trying everything. Finally I just decided that I had to stop trying so hard and to not be so obssessed. I made sure to keep taking my prenatal vitamins and I started eating better and tried to keep my stress down. It worked! I found out I was pregnant today. We had been trying for 15 months.

If you are overly focused about having a baby than your body 'could' be under stress and this could effect conception. However, there are physical causes that sometimes cause infertility.

its no myth. wanting to get pregnant gets you stressed out and that will mess with your body. just do it when you want and don't forcibly try to get pregnant and as long as there is nothing physically wrong with you or your partner, then sooner or later you will end up with a little bundle of joy.

I think it does not help (unfortunately). It may even cause more stress.
Do not think about it all the time and it will just happen.
Good luck!
