No they don't, the only insects to have an actually tongue (well the next best thing) is some members of the order Hymenoptera, mostly bees, like honey bees and bumble bees, this modified tongue allows them to lap up nectar better than insect with only mandibulate mouth parts, like a praying mantis for instance.

As you can see form the next image mantids only have mandibulate (chewing) mouth parts and lack any sort of structure resembling a tongue:

Actually they do. I took this photo myself. I also have video of him licking his arm.
