i pulled up next to them in a nice car like everyone says but they won't get in..and i got money..

Have a decent car, cop cars, fire trucks etc won't do. Pull up next to a *****, she'll stand there for a minute and finally get in. This will eat up like a dollar a second. Drive somewhere private, stop and enjoy the show.

Ok pull up next to one and honk the horn and then sit there for a couple of secs and she will then get in then drive on some grass or a area where noone can see you and stop the car and the car will start moving then after they are done she will get out but i always get out to and kill them and get my money back and whatever money they had on them.

You need a really hot car. Then just slow down beside them and blow the horn. The streets near the beaches are pretty good places to find them. You can kill them after they get out of the car so you can get your money back :)

If you have a nice car pull near one, beep your horn and they will get in, next drive you a spot away from people. (behind a building or such) once they "do" you they will get out of the car.. with your money.. KILL them and get your money back

1 go to pick one of them up then drive to a location away from cars and people like the beach or a well hidden place where there is no body then it should work

I remember getting a prostitute in my car with the PS2 version, it was n the gang between the Cubans and Haitians, there was a shoot out in middle of the road and a prostutute jumps into the passanger seat of my car so I drove to safe point with her then she got out, must have been a carjack glitch or something

Drive up next to them...honk your horn...they will walk and get in the car....then drive to a private place (beach or alley), the car will start rocking and your health points will go up also

Blow the horn maybe, are you sure they are hookers you are trying to pick up? After you get them in the car you need to park in a somewhat secluded area to get busy.
