I have 4 years spent in the US Marine Corps as a combat engineer, so mild wood-frame construction work, and also experience with demolition and small-arms.

I'm also very good with computers, literate, well-spoken and experienced with all Microsoft software applications. I learn quickly, and the military has given me great skills in multi-tasking, and thriving in work conditions that are overly sressful.

It may also be pertinant to say that I live in Southern California.

You sound like someone who would excel at starting and growing your own business. You might consider being a computer consultant or a general contractor. Or, you might consider building wooden storage sheds. Or maybe designing a variety of unique storage shed designs and selling the plans (and also 'kits') to 'do it your-selfers' on the Internet or through local home improvement stores.

Lots of people are concerned about crime in S. Cal. Maybe you can develop a career teaching neophytes how to properly and safely use handguns for self-protection. You might look for a sales-person job at a gun shop and build your personal training/education career from there. You might start working at a gun shop and eventually buyout the owner and become a business owner that way. You might work at a gun shop and help the owner develop a website and on-line sales.

You have lots of needed talents and the mind-set to put them to productive use.

Best wishes and good luck.
