Do whatever you'd rather do most. You'll disappoint someone but there's no way to avoid that.

Personally I'd go with the friend who's moving. That sounds more important than seeing a christmas decoration but that's just me.

Well it really doesn't matter what we say because, when you finally make up your mind, in the end someone is still going to
be disappointed. What you should of done was gone shopping earlier ,so that would of been out of the way, by the time the evening came along. You waited to long to make a decision and
your now trying to ask us for our help, which is still going to be no use, cause your still going to be in the same boat you were in the first place. Catch my drift.

Your friend is moving soon. Go shopping with her before she moves away and you never see her again.
You'll have plenty of chances to see lights and decorations with your mom and sister!! They aren't going anywhere are they?!?

If I were you I rather go with the friend since she's moving because you can always spend time with your family.

I would talk to my mom, and tell her that since she is moving you want to spend time with her. Your mom might get mad, but she will forgive you. Good Luck!!

Family is first than friends.Explain to your friend. If she is a really friend indeed, she will understand. If she is not a good friend, she will be upset or angry.Family is always first, specially your mother, and your sister too.
