yes I used one years ago when that was all they had, easy to use and you will enjoy it, plus you will save some money if you have to change a lot of tires.

I have used them. They can be rough to use and sometimes impossible to use. But it really depends on what the application is. We used to use them on old farm truck tires. You know? tires that are used, wheels that are stock steel. Not worried about damage or balancing or any of that stuff.

Unless you plan on changing tires every few months, save your money and call around to find the best prices in your area for tire removal and remounting. You'll save yourself a number of bruised knuckles and headaches that way. Now if you don't care if you mess your wheels up, I'd buy one.

Whatever you decide, good luck

i have used a mnual tire changer and they suck i am a professional tire man and i do large truck tires and some smaller vehicle tires with levers and a tire hammer but them manual tire changers are worth the money you will pay for one and if you are mounting normal size tires on normal size non custom wheels it sholdnt be that much to mount a tire i mount tires for cars all day for five a piece
