I would assume that Rudolph was fed up with him, and made Santa deliver his own presents. That's a lot work for the reindeer, I would imagine that angry kids all over the world got medieval and took his pants and his black eye was soot from chimneys.

Well, first of all, i would think that he´s somebody who was playing santa, probably a street santa, and then he probably got mugged while doing that...i would ask him what happened and then let him in cuz its pretty cold outside, let him make a phone if he needs to call his family or somethin and then lend him some clothes and call him a cab, cuz he´s probably got no money left since he´s been mugged....but lol hey who knows anything could happen, so this was just one scenerio that came to mind.
