STEP 1: Consider blush colors that match the color of your cheeks after an aerobic workout. Such shades mimic your natural coloring and help you avoid having cheeks that look painted or artificial.
STEP 2: Head to a department store and have a makeup artist assist you in finding a complementary shade. Check your options in natural lighting whenever possible.
STEP 3: Remember, the darker your skin tone, the darker your blush should be. Women with fair complexions usually look best in pink or coral shades, while darker complexions are enhanced by wine or burgundy hues.
STEP 4: Keep daytime blush light in tone. Opt for a heavier application to create a more dramatic evening look.
STEP 5: Match the undertones in your lipstick to the color of your blush. If your lips are red, opt for a pink or reddish cheek color. For pink or rose-colored lips, opt for similar hues in your blush color.

I have just about the exact same type features except I have red hair...I just found a compact with four fair pink tones from Bonne Bell called Blend n' Glow for about five bucks that you can blend to suit...Pink is universally flattering, I think, depending on the shade...with the BB compacts, there are two types one for fair to medium and one for medium to dark...I chose the fair, of course, and have had all kinds of compliments...at the same time, I bought a lip liner in Soft Plum, and eye liner in Black Plum and a Kiss My Gloss in the colour Cuddle...it is a great combo that has gotten me some good compliments! And, it's all super cheap! Plum would make your green eyes pop!

A fair complexion means that you will probably want to go with a light pink shade. Try going to the cosmetics counter at a department store to see which colors the salespeople recommend. If money's an issue, you're under no obligation to buy anything from them. Just go somewhere else to buy a similar color!

A perfect blush for you is by MAC called Orgasm. It's a powder that is gorgeous on your kind of complexion. In fact, I think it's their top-selling blush. Look on Ebay for it. *-*
