the tenth number of anything is the firsrt number after the decimal. after that you look at the second number to determine if the first number needs to be rounded up or down. if it's greater than 5 then round up. if it's less than five, leave it the same.
in this case, 6 is greater than 5, so you round 5 up to 6.

also, if you have to round up..... change all the numbers after the tenth or what ever place it is in, all the rest of the numbers after it turn to zeros.
