Some people use saw palmetto. I suspect it isn't all that helpful, and my fear about treating BPH naturally is that you may not be faithful in getting your PSA levels and rectal exams done. Prostate cancer is common.

I have been taking Saw Palmetto for years, it seems to help, but you did not mention your age. Although it is embarassing and uncomfortable, you should really get the finger wave from a doctor and have your PSA levels checked.(just remember, not being able to urinate is a MEDICAL EMERGENCY, do not hesitate to go to the ER if this happens.)

Avoid caffeine.Drink less in the evening.Avoid alcohol.Drink green tea for its flavonoids.Increase fiber intake to help avoid constipation.Use Puritan's Pride Prosta-Metto or Extra Strentgth Prosta-Metto.

saw palmetto. I think diet and exercise can help.
Other than that, just keep getting you PSA checked and getting yourself checked digitally is the only way to catch cancer and intervene before it spreads.
