Your screen pixels are damaged. To fix it simply replace your screen or apply gentle pressure and see if it fixes itself. It should fix itself through time.

try hooking up a different monitor. if the line is still there, its probably something interfering with your graphics card, like a resistor from another pci slot too close. if it fixes itself using another monitor, its the monitor.
