Interesting approach, first put on these intellectual handcuffs, then solve world problems…Reducing poverty hmmm?.... First, re-define poverty. If small parcels of land were available to individuals and families (NOT developers) and all the government did was supply sustenance grain and reliable water, do you suppose the people that opted for this lifestyle would consider themselves impoverished? Reduce poverty by allowing self sufficiency with some degree of dignity. Government programs benefit the government, and usually have a very low success rate, around 10-15%. Sorry about your handcuffs, you can get them fixed at a government repair shop…
