People can use toy guns to scare people and rob them. It happened to me, I don't know if they gun they used was real. Little kids should not be playing with toy guns because it encourages them that guns are fun and are just toys.

When I was growing up, our favorite games were cops and robbers or cowboys and rustlers played with cap pistols. Neither my playmates or I ever thought of them as anything but toys, and no one developed any propensity for violence. I now have a permit to carry a concealed weapon. Outlawing toy guns would be ridiculous. It is not the guns, but the homes at fault.

Yeah, toy guns encourage kids to shoot people, and video game content causes violence, and little girls become anorexic because of Barbie dolls. I don't believe it. If the little kid didn't have a toy gun he would still be pointing his fingers and shouting "bang". If the little girl didn't have a Barbie doll I'm sure society would still manage to tell her that she has to be thin. If video games were nonviolent there is a good chance that they would still cause trouble because kids aren't interacting with others; they're playing video games 24/7. Not only do I think that toy guns shouldn't be banned, I'm not even sure that they should be discouraged.

They should be. If a small child has a toy gun, then finds a real one, he's going to think that the real one is a toy too. And if you follow the news, you know what happens when small children(and older ones too) find a real gun.

I'm sorry that someone robbed you, I really hope they got caught.

there became a case those days on the information the place many police have been in contact in a suspected kidnapping, different drivers had phoned in that a woman became being compelled to force her automobile with an armed criminal in the back seat. After a good number of wasted police time, concerning fairly some pursuit vehicles, the automobile became pulled over and it became her son in the back seat. even nonetheless, ought to you think of the subjects in the police stopped investigating those comments. i don't have something against weapons, yet shall we make the huge and yellow or orange and not so real looking.

No - just like they shouldn't have banned the game tag in a Massachusetts school. Just because there is a potential for someone to get hurt is not a valid reason to ban something. Sorry it happened to you though.
