Voice Dialing is available on newer phones, the phone is equipped with voice recognition and you can either dial by speaking numbers into the phone, or you can speak the name of an entry you have in your phones contact list. older phones have a similar feature that requires you to record yourself saying the names on your contacts several time in order for your phone to "learn" the command

You can get cheap new phones from here. They are part of the carphonewarehouse group and very cheap.
