If redistribution of income fails even after fair redistribution,
AND if sending those lazy ones to work also fails to alleviate poverty
AND GRAMEEN BANK type of program fails (no reason to)
then
Decriminalize possession of guns by the hungry!
And if you are really serious about poverty alleviation then follow The Nobel Peace Prize of 2006. This was given to Dr. Mohammed Yunus of Bangladesh.
