Well, for one, be sure you are a female, as females are the only ones who have menstruation cycles.
Second, if you are a female, it could be stress, medication, your weight, your eating habits, or maybe there's something interfering, such as cancer in the uterus, cervix, etc.
You may want to go to a doctor for this.

you might be pregant, or too young, or you have something wrong with your uterus. Either way, if you pass the age of 15 and you never had it, get it checked out. If you've had it and it stopped, get a pregancy check and still have it checked out. Better safe than sorry :-)
