Scottish people are occasionally funny when they are not bitching about the weather or the midges...

any one speaking in an put on accent should be shot at birth in my opinion

I'd say...the scottish comedian. What's funny about someone pretending to speak with an accent? It depends WHAT they're saying with the accent...and we know what the comedian must be saying! FUNNY STUFF! So I pick him :-)
