You don't have to go down too far to get a temperature of 50 degrees all of the time, but that isn't enough to heat a Jacuzzi.

I think that I read some where that in mines about a mile or so down it gets to around 100 degrees.

Put it this way. The cost of drilling a well deep enough where you are would buy a lot of energy to heat you Jacuzzi for a long time.

Mmmm, that sounds good!! I think by the time you'd dug deep enough, you'd have to go up and down a hell of a lot of steps to get in and out of it. Might I suggest you have some lava shipped over from the cheapest source of volcanic products, and simply drop in a small amount each time to create a steaming and bubbling effect? The lava can be kept hot by wrapping in tinfoil.
