Think of little sponges building up in your veins. Soon there are so many little sponges, the blood cannot flow through to your heart. This will cause a stroke or heart attack. If you cut back on fats , you won't have this sponge problem. Most products have labels explaining the fat content. Limit yourself to red meat only a couple of times a week, and you'll add extra years to your life.
