Bumper bowling contains bumpers (things on the sides that if the ball hits it the ball will not go into the gutter). With bumper bowling your ball can never go into the gutter. Regular is just normal bowling.

Bumper bowling is where they put "bumpers" in the gutters to keep the ball from going into them. It allows people who are not really good bowlers from constantly throwing a gutter ball and keeps the game more enjoyable. If your sister and her friends have not bowled before, bumper bowling might be the way to go to prevent disappointment of no score or very low score.

Bumper is more fun for little kids because the bumper blocks the gutter so the ball will always hit a pin or pins. Regular bowling you can get gutter balls and not hit anything. Hitting pins for sure is fun if you're not playing to be a superstar!! :)

even though your name is insulting and stupid, I'll tell you. They put rubber bumpers on the gutters so even if you SUCK at bowling, you won't roll a gutter ball.
